A subsidized delivery fee is charged and fees within Nairobi range from Ksh 150/- to about Ksh 400/- in most parts of Nairobi based on distance from our central processing zone. In addition, we offer a free pick-up service. As you checkout online, you can select this free service as your delivery option or choose to use our modestly charged at-cost delivery option.
OUTSIDE NAIROBI DELIVERIES
We deliver countrywide to most towns in Kenya to your door or nearest town through our delivery partners Wells Fargo or Aramex. The delivery fees for areas outside of Nairobi is 500/- and is payable before dispatch. Outside Nairobi, orders are shipped on the same business day and typically arrive to any part of Kenya the next day by 2 PM. In some rare instances, your parcel may however take up to 24 hours to get to you. One of our team members will keep you informed on the status of your order all the way to delivery to you. Please note that at this time, outside Nairobi orders require payment ( such as Mpesa or credit card online) before dispatch. Please refer to our payment options page here to read more.
ORDERS PLACED AFTER 5:00 PM
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday will be delivered on the next business day. (excluding public holidays).
You can pick-up your orders at any of our shops at Junction Mall, Yaya Center, Sarit Center or Aryan Center-MSA Rd. Upon checkout, you can select this free service as your delivery option. Orders are typically available for pick-up within three hours of placing the order.
